****I just finished watching the video and doing the workout. I have to say i’m hurting and exhausted. Thats good though, it’s a very good workout. There are a lot of sexy moves to like squats, smacking the booty, popin it, shaking it. It’s very sexy but at the same time I had a lot of trouble, because I am not that flexible. The dance routine goes very fast even when they break it down. I felt the burn, so I still think it’s a good routine for shedding the pounds.
