It had a lot of flavor, and was delicious. My husband even said it tasted like we were eating at a Asian restaurant. It is definitely a dish I will be making again.

One Tree Hill Wedding Spectacular

December 27, 2011

In season 8 Brooke and Julian finally tied the knot, a wedding that was long awaited.

Everything was so perfect in the wedding, all her friends and family were present, well except Lucas and Peyton, oh and her dad. Her dad has never been seen and Lucas and Peyton are not really missed. I think my favorite part of the wedding scene was when her mom got to walk her down the ailse. It was a great way to have her mom redeem herself after all the years of neglect.

Brooke has been around the block with several guys and never worked out for her. Then she was married to her work and didn’t have time, now it’s great to see her finally get her man.

One Tree Hill – 'I Love the Way You Love Me' by thewbdotcom

If I could of my dream wedding like Brooke, I would definitely pull out all the stops. I would have all my friends and family there of course. I wouldn’t get married in a church like Brooke did, I would probably just have it at a reception hall.

Missed the RSVP to the wedding? Here’s your special invitation with Season 8 of the One Tree Hill http://bit.ly/w2DhRu! You can also find the DVD on Ultraviolet

The new season (9th) of One Tree Hill Starts January 11, 2012 at 8/7c on the CW. Don’t forget to tune in.

The Aftermath of Christmas

December 27, 2011

My house was a total disaster after Christmas, toys, clothes, paper etc. everywhere.

This was only a little part of the house.

My house stayed like this all Christmas and most of the 26th. There was just to much stuff and not enough organization. So I braved the crowds for after Christmas shopping and bought a Closetmaid bin organizer, on sale at Target for $39.99.

We have had one for a long time, but needed to as another, yes we just have that many toys. Plus I wanted to be able to put some books in the living room, as well as some other toys.

So today , I put the kids to work with me. Hubby is at work. We took down the tree today and got to cleaning.

The end result I am very satisfied with.

Now if I can just keep it like this until New Years. After all my mother always said, a dirty house on New years is a dirty house all year. LOL

Santa Was Too Good

December 27, 2011

Well “Santa” came, even though my kids are still confused on if he is real. I told them the truth, but the movies and their friends say otherwise.

Santa came and he was way to good to the kids.

and the back of the tree

The kids apparently got everything that they wanted!  they each had about 27 presents each, between santa, family and friends. That is about 80 presents, that is crazy.   I told them, next year we will go on vacation and do 1-2 presents.

Rizzoli and Isles Season finale tonight

December 26, 2011

Rizzoli and Isles season finale is on tonight at 10/9c on TNT. Since this is the season Finale you know it is going to be good and full of excitement.

Jane and Maura investigate whether arson played any role in the death of a firefighter killed in a warehouse fire. Not too long after, a hit-and-run complicates the case. FBI Agent Gabriel Dean returns eager to renew his relationship with Jane.

I am so excited to watch the season finale, every episode has been so exciting. I expect tonights episode to be the breaking point of everything. They will be working on a arson case, and immediately move to another case that interferes with the first. At the same time though love lives will spice up and questions will be answered. I can’t wait until tonight.

If you haven’t seen the show, you can check it out here http://bit.ly/lnDvyi!

I have been hired by Warner Bros. WBWord division to promote Rizzoli & Isles.

Merry Christmas to all my readers and everyone around the world. I really hope you have a wonderful holiday

Holiday Gift Guide: Leapfrog LeapPad Explorer

December 23, 2011

Leapfrog’s Leappad is a learning tablet just for kids. With a built-in camera, and a library of 100+ cartridge games and activities*, the durable LeapPad features innovative apps that inspire creativity and turn reading into fun and games. It’s a new way to learn, a new way to play – a new way to unlock your child’s potential!

It is the #1 selling kids electronic this Christmas season selling out nationwide.

When I first received this, I immediately fell in love with it. If I didn’t have to fight my son for it I would keep it myself. I don’t own a iPad so this was totally new to me. One of my favorite games I played with my son was the train game. You have to fix the tracks the right way to make sure the train goes the right way.

The camera is a fun feature, but my kids have been using it way to much. They walk around just snapping pictures of everything and making them their own with features. I took a picture of my son and then we started having fun with it. We moved to his nose to make it a long point.

Now the only problem I have is I have one Leappad and 3 kids, even though we do have 2 Leapster Explorers. The Leappad is so much more cooler than a Leapster according to my daughter.
