****If you love Victorious, this is the dvd to have. It has all the best episodes/movies on it. My kids and I have been watching it over and over again. Our favorite episode is: Locked Up, where they go on a trip to Yerba thinking it is a beautiful resort. When they get there the place is a dump and the country is at war. They all end up in jail for different reasons and have to escape. There are so many more good ones, beggin on your knees, Jade gets crushed etc. They all are the best episodes.

Holiday Gift Guide: Nickelodeon Holiday Ornaments

Holiday ornaments from the Kurt Adler Collection for your favorite Nickelodeon shows like SpongeBob SquarePants, Dora the Explorer, Ni-Hao, Kai-lan, and iCarly. Ornaments come ready-to-hang with a gold cord.

**** My kids love Nickelodeon and asked if they could decorate the tree with all there toys. I suggested that maybe we could find ornaments that resemble their toys. When I came across Dora, Kai-Lan, SpongeBob and more. My tree isn’t up yet, but the kids are already excited about putting these on the tree.

The Dora ornaments are flat and really small, while the kai-lan ornaments are small, but are to flat at all. They fit the character descriptions perfectly. The SpongeBob ornament is really big and perfect play size. The only downside to having these is my kids won’t ever leave them on the tree, they can’t stop playing with them.

****This cookbook has fun and easy recipes for kids. My kids want to try all the recipes in the book, they also think the names are hilarious. So we decided to start out with Patricks Pasta salad. The recipe is mainly made up of penne pasta, cucumbers, olive oil, grape tomatoes, Chicken and feta cheese. We made ours without chicken and feta cheese.

It was good but a bit plain. The book has so many more recipes though, like faces cupcakes, Sandy’s intergalactic fruit basket, Gary’s Speedy spirals, and so much more.

****We absolutely love Victorious, it’s one of our favorite shows on Nickelodeon. This dvd features some of our favorite episodes like Sleepover at Sikowitz’s where each of the kids has to improvise without breaking character. Tori dresses up as a cop who wears way to much red lipstick and is obsessed with raisin Bran. It is so hilarious. This dvd also features our favorite Victorious movie: Freak the Freak Out. where Tori, Cat and Jade trick two snobby girls into think Tori is a hideous girl, to win a singing competition. If you have volume 1, you definitely need to add this volume to your collection.

Where Spencer tries to surprise Carly, but everything gets ruined as always, but in the end he gives her the best gift ever a new room (after he burnt her old room). This dvd also contains iParty With Victorious, which has become one of my favorites. The cast of iCarly and Victorious come together after Tori and Carly find out they are dating the same guy.

Victorious Season 1 on DVD

My children and I have a new favorite show on Nickelodeon, it’s Victorious. The first season will be available on DVD July 5, 2011 at all major retailers.

Tori Vega and the students at Hollywood Arts High School are ready to showcase their talents in their first DVD, Victorious: Season One, Volume One. *** My kids and I love Victorious, it’s actually become one of our favorites over iCarly. There is always drama and fun on the show which I think makes it good for kids. They can learn from certain situation portrayed in the show on handling those situations in school. One of our favorite episodes from season 1 is The Birthweek Song, Tori performs this beautiful song for her sister Trina. Trina is only interested in material things though and sells the song for cash to buy a hat. When she is to perform she sounds horrible and has to get Tori to make it right. All the episodes are funny, Robarazzi makes fun of TMZ with Robs own little gossip show, but it turns into revenge. Oh and the bonus features have 2 music videos that are great. My kids love the song Freak the Freak Out and Beggin on your Knees.
