My favorite Thanksgiving memory was having everyone together when I was a kid. We would all go to my Grandmas house and she would make her secret fudge recipe it was the best time. Sadly i have no pictures to remember it by, it was so long ago.

  1. My favorite Thanksgiving memory was from when I was about 10 years old. We always traveled 5 hours to my grandma’s house for Thanksgiving. That year, my dad had to work so he stayed behind. My mom packed my sister and I up along with our dog and some pumpkin cheesecakes she had made. We headed out and got about 1/2 way to my grandmas when we drove straight into the worst snow storm. My mom headed for the first exit she could find and called my dad. He told us to go to the first hotel we could find and spend the night since the snow was not going to be letting up and the visibility was pretty much zero. There was one hotel at that exit and thank fully they allowed pets. The three of us and the dog cuddled up in the beds and watched movies and ate those pumpkin cheesecakes for Thanksgiving dinner! The next day (Black Friday) we got back on the road and headed for my grandmas. We actually had a lot of fun that Thanksgiving night. It seemed crappy at the time, but the memory of the fun we actually had is still fresh, 19 years later!

  2. One of my favorite Thanksgiving memories was when I was cery young and we traveled to my Grandmother andd Garndfathers house out of state. It was the daays before people flew ofteen so the drive was a long way. We had aa great time on the wway there, and when we got there our Grandparents treateed all of us so nice and the food was delicious. We got to see cousins we had never met and when we hadd to go hme it was too sonn.

  3. My favorite memory is the first year I cooked Thanksgiving for my family. Looking through all of the recipes of my grandparents and my husband’s grandparents was so much fun. I learned quickly to appreciate all they did over the years to prepare Thanksgiving. So much love and so much effort went into the meal!

  4. My favorite memories is the whole family getting together to have a Thanksgiving dinner cooked by my Mom and to watch football. My Mom makes the best stuffing.

  5. I cherish the memories of every Thanksgiving with my late grandparents. They lived in a tiny, tiny house and the whole family would pour into that little space and crowd around the table full of homemade food and spend the day laughing, talking and eating.
